If you are unhappy with your product or it is faulty - we will offer to either refund or replace your unit within 30 days following photo evidence of the probem. We take no responsibility for damages caused by 'other balls' being loaded into the device and the liability will be on the customer if they choose to put hard balls in the device and it breaks. We will ask for proof of this.

Your goods will be sent via recorded delivery to customers inside the uk for a ficed price and you will be given a tracking number. You will recieve the stand and the armhead in 2 separate parcels. We cannot currently guarentee the price to send outside the uk due to covid related restrictions and changes to customs clearance fees since the uk left the EU. Shipping prices will be calculated based on DPD rates for the relevent world zone and this price will be based on the rates at the time of sending.
